Stocks were mostly flat on Wednesday heading into Friday's short trading session. The Dow was up a point while small caps outperformed again but are up against some serious resistance in the form of the 200-day EMA.
I will be busy this Thanksgiving week so unless something significant happens, I will keep the commentary brief and enjoy some time off. I hope you are able to do the same. The market will be closed on Thursday and the TSP will be closed, and Friday will be a half day for the market, and the TSP will process transactions.
Daily TSP Funds Return
The I-fund held onto some early gains, unlike the S&P 500. Bonds were slightly positive.
The SPY (S&P 500 / C-fund) has been moving sideways for several days. It may be creating a bull flag but it must make a higher high above the November peak or risk starting a new downtrend.

The small caps have been outperforming recently and the DWCPF (Dow Completion Index / S-fund) is back testing the 200-day EMA.
