Stocks were flat on Tuesday but up modestly on Monday, and since there were no TSP share prices posted for Tuesday because of the holiday, the below funds returns are from Monday's close. The Dow gained 1-point on Tuesday.
Daily TSP Funds Return
I am out of town this week and working on my laptop with a slower internet connection so I expect my commentaries to be brief, but everything should get posted - premium services, share prices, AutoTracker, etc. Your patience is appreciated.
The SPY (S&P 500 / C-fund) is flirting with resistance although we saw some indices (like the Transports) plow through the neckline of what we are viewing as an inverted head and shoulders - a pattern that generally produces a right shoulder pullback.

The one above is slanting upward, but basically we're looking for the right shoulder (RS) to form if that neckline holds.
The Wilshire 4500 (S-fund) looks pretty good, as do the small caps of the Russell 2000, but both have come a long way without much consolidation, so if we do see a decline, there is not a whole lot of support below.

The EFA (EAFE Index / I-fund) has put in a two-day rally after Friday's positive reversal day, and it is now testing the resistance of the 50-day EMA again.

The AGG (Bonds / F-fund) broke above its descending trading channel and now it is looking for that old resistance to hold as support. The 50-day EMA gives it a double dose of support near 109.50.
