TSP Talk Sentiment Survey results for the week of 04/11/11 - 04/15/11

BUY: The TSP Talk Sentiment Survey gave a buy signal this week after the 1.07 to 1 bulls (44%) to bears (41%) ratio. The system's allocation moves back to a 100% S-fund for the week of 04/11/11 - 04/15/11.

    Man, the bears really come out late. Even with the new format where we can't view results until we've voted, it was like 55/35 bulls/bears all AM. Hmm. I guess it is what it is.

    Was that 55/35 before the market tanked on Thursday?

    Could be. I go to bed about 11PM here, which is only 10AM in New York, so I don't really get to see much of the action. The early bullishness vs. late bearishness has been an ongoing pattern of the survey that I am observing. Probably just a very small sample size in the early hours.
