TSP Talk Sentiment Survey results for the week of 03/07/11 - 03/11/11

Hold: The TSP Talk Sentiment Survey saw a sharp increase in bullishness after yesterday's big rally. Still it was not enough to move the system to a sell signal. The bulls (55%) to bears (32%) ratio of 1.72 to 1 is neutral so the system's allocation remains 100% S-Fund for next week.
