  1. TSP Talk: Stocks were mixed on a day of rest - for some

Stocks were mixed on Tuesday with many stocks taking a day to rest after the recent winning streak. The Nasdaq and the small caps continued their leadership and winning ways with the Russell 2000 and S-fund still not posting a negative day in February. The Dow slipped 10-points, the dollar broke below support, and bonds were down slightly.

  5. TSP Talk: The bull marches on

Stocks rallied on Friday after the January jobs report was released, finishing the best week for stocks since November. The Dow gained a modest 92-points and once again it was tech and the small caps leading on the upside. Bonds fell sharply as yields rose, and the dollar pulled back from its recent spike higher.
