  1. The bulls are still buying the dips

    The futures were down very sharply on Sunday night, but it didn't take the bulls long to jump on the lower prices. Stocks quickly came back to the break-even level and the Dow ended the day slightly higher. Small caps outperformed and the I-fund also had a good day.

    It was a mixed day for stocks on Friday as the sell-off in oil impacted the large cap indices like the Dow, down 141-points, and the S&P 500, which lost -0.55%. But the Nasdaq, and for the most part small caps, were spared.

  5. TSP Talk Weekly Wrap Up

    Stocks ended the week on a down note, but overall it was a pretty good holiday-shortened week for the market and all of the TSP stock and bond funds finished with gains. Oil continues to be a drag but the ECB announced a $1.3 trillion QE package and the market loves easy money.
