btc is in a bear flag and pushing up against some key resistance this morning, and which way it breaks should determine the direction of the next 10% to 20% move.

No push back from the btc bears yet. I just bought some litecoin for $52.80.

Looks to me like the 3 currencies on GDAX are in a sideways consolation. Looking at last 5-10 days

Yeah, making progress with that descending resistance line taken out. Next goal is to get into that circle for a little cup and handle breakout.

Early bitcoin investor Palihapitiya declares 'nobody can stop it'

Social Capital's Chamath Palihapitiya was early in both Facebook and bitcoin and continues to back both.

"The idea that the government can put curbs on this is actually pretty specious," he said in response to JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon's criticism of bitcoin.

"Nobody can stop it because nobody can control it," Palihapitiya said in an exclusive CNBC PRO interview at the Delivering Alpha conference on Sept. 12. "

"As far as I'm concerned, the genie is out of the bottle," he said. "Now the real question is how can we productively use it to solve some of society's issues around the financial services infrastructure."

Bitcoin has been up for 5 straight days and climbed back over $4600. Too bad GBTC isn't joining the rally (mostly moving sideways during the btc rally). I think it's because Ethereum and litecoin are not rallying either and are instead falling for some reason.

I'm still holding only litecoin (and gbtc) right now. ;swear
