The Chinese don't like their people using a different currency, or at least buying / selling it on local exchanges.

Actually shocked on this news. Why close exchanges? The money to be made on the exchanges alone means income for the Chinese. Unless they know something about the crypto chains these things are based on?

A BTC close below 4000 and ETH below 285 could be trouble.

I used this morning's rally to sell all my holdings. Just not getting a good feel if this pullback is just starting, or finishing. I took a big hit on litecoin. I bought it various times over the last couple of days between $75 - $77 when it looked like it was turning back up, but sold this morning at $70.69. It had been near $65 overnight.

I'm all cash now... so the bottom should be in.

As volitile as these coins are you could definitely loose a lot. Reminds of the nasdaq bubble

I just mine them, safer and they're worth what they're worth if I spend them.

I was wondering if mining was profitable vs investment in hardware. What's your experience?
