The picture is for you to find, save and upload. Go to Google.com and search for one based on your criteria. Right click over the pic and save it to the folder of your choice on your computer. Go to the "User CP" area list just above to the left. I'll leave the rest up to your ability to read your profile area or if someone will take it from here ! You can even use a animated .GIF as a avitar (Like My ROTFLMAO Smiley).
