Thread: AutoTracker Listings

    Default AutoTracker Listings

Hey Tom, Is there a reason I'm not seeing about half of the usual users on the AT? Including myself? Looks as if I am also seeing alot of entries that are "hidden" now also.... Thanks for any help; pamkk (Dave Kosonen)..

I don't know if this rule is why that is happening, but after 180 days of inactivity, an account would be hidden. A lot of folks sign up, then disappear.

AutoTracker Rules - and how to get started

Here is a breakdown of penalties for inactivity. If you haven't logged into either the AutoTracker or the Message Board for:

    • 60 days: You are ineligible for prizes
    • 90 days: Account will not roll into a new year
    • 180 days: Your account is delisted and you'll need to contact us to be reactivated
    • 1 year: Your account is deleted

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your account can also be deactivated if your email address in the AutoTracker is not current. If you didn't receive a copy of this message via email recently you may not have a current email address in your profile. Go to: http://www.tsptalk.com/tracker/tsp_user_profile.php to make any necessary changes.

To view the current returns, allocations and standings for all members, please go to www.tsptalk.com/tracker/tsp-tracker.php or... click here.

If it has been a while, please make sure you are logged in on the forum, or take a minute to login to the AutoTracker so you don't have to worry about being "Hidden". Login now
If that's not your case, let me know.

I'm a daily (if not more) visitor to TSP Talk and the AT. I've logged in and out and restarted computer several times. Wondering whether it has something to do with Chrome settings....

Sorry, I should have checked yesterday. Your account had been inactivated for whatever reason, but it's there now.

Hmmm, still having the same issues. Only 634 users showing on the AT and a lot of them designated as "hidden". It shows me as being logged in and I can view "Recent IFTs" page. Any other suggestions?... Thanks

    - Hidden = User has not logged in for at least 180 days.

You aren't the only one who see this, bit you should be able to see your account. This was done to encourage people to log into the AutoTracker and / or the Forum instead of signing up and disappearing.

perhaps I will just show everyone until the end of the year and just not carry over the obvious idle account.

Also, there are about 1500 people listed on the standings that contain premium service members. They are also not show for non-subscribers so that their allocation isn't apparent.

Yep, I'm aware of the premiums not being seen by regular non-subscribers. Until 2-3 days ago I could see the 1200 odd regular AT members, then it changed so that I could only see 630ish and those didn't include me. It is also not the bottom 600 that aren't visible, it appears it is random throughout all the list. I can access all other TSP Talk tabs without problem. It only seems to be the Tracker. Don't want to be a pain... I enjoyed seeing my ranking and YTD, MTD and daily performance. Has no one else experienced this? Does it still show that I am activated? Sorry....

I see pamkk at #378 on the tracker. I also only see 634 total people on AT. This was not the case last night as last night listed over 1000 members. Something must have changed between last night and today.

Yeah, if someone doesn't login for a year they get delisted and I probably had set a lot of accounts to Oct 1, 2014.

Each year in October I send out an email alert to say those who have not logged in after Oct 1st won't be included in the next year's autotracker. So I guess that year is up and they are being inactivated. I'll go in and activate them so they show up until the end of the year.

Yeah, Thanks JPC, I now see pamkk at 332 on 2015 full year standings... I spend more time on this site daily than any other!!! LOL... so shouldn't have been inactive. I sorted the tracker by name prior to this and pamkk wasn't there, maybe when Tom activated me this morning it was fixed. Thanks everyone...!
