What's your strategy for buying with your bi-weekly deductions?
Intuitively, it seems logical to buy the opposite of what you're holding, i.e. buyrelatively low price assets (C Fund?) and hold the appreciating assets (S/I Funds?). For example, the I Fund has been rapidly appreciating since October ($13.59 on the 18th to $15.41 yesterday). Therefore, at some point, you'd want to sell shares you bought in October for a tidy profit. However, expensive shares bought in Nov-Dec($14.74 last pay period) will take a while to show a profit and might even show a loss.Conversely, the C Fund has done relatively poor this year. Therefore, shares may be relatively inexpensive.
Just curious.
