G Fund Increase

Does anyone besides me try to time theG fund increase.If I plan to have a interfund transfer I try to getout and back in before the G fund hasa increase and alsoget the gains from the interfund transfer.For me that 0.01 cent increase in the G fundis over $300.00.Like today I miss the gains from the other funds but was back in the G fund on Fri26 Feb for the sure 0.01 cent increase.Now I should have 5or 6 days to get out and back inbefore the G fund has a increase

I notice that,but my numbers says ,

every4 to 7 days G-fund going up...:D

I do watch for it but becausethe other funds move so much more, and I'm only in stock funds when I believe they are going up, I don't usually react to it. Although I do think about when I see it hasn't moved for 5 days or so.I know it's a guarantee so it may sway me a bit.

I thought that was too good to be true. Not the .01 gain, but the fact that we can predict it. I started to think that maybe we were actually getting very small G fund gains every day but didn't actually see it until the penny showed up, but because of the way the shares are calculated, I ruled that out and it looks to be just as it appears - You gain a penny every 5 to 7 days if you are in the G fund.

It's interesting. I'm glad you brought it up.
