ACORN promptly fired the 4 "rogue employees" from the two separate sites, and are now planning on suing the two investigators and Fox News. They are taking no responsibility. Unreal.

I've heard different opinions but some say they won't be arrested because they did not actually commit the crime. They only told the pimp and the prostitute that they would help them commit them if they wanted the help. They even offered their services at a discount since they were starting a "new business".

I did not get the impression that Glenn was talking about ACORN. I thought it had more to do with something Barney Frank was involved with. Freddie/Fannie?

I don't think so. That was posted on Sep 8 (last Tuesday) and he knew about the ACORN videos at that point, and said "this week" meaning last week, he will be running a story that could put people in jail. So, I am pretty sure he was talking about the ACORN story.

I heard on the radio that the ACORN guy in San Diego that was on the video had filed a police report after his meeting with the undercover pimp and prostitute. Even if that is the case, why did he go along with their ideas and offer to help? Was he hoping to set up a sting operation? If it had been me, I would have told them they were insane thinking they could get assistance in setting up a criminal enterprise and asked them to leave. Then, I would have filed a police report!

He must have realized something was up when he solicited the girl and she didn't run off to a back room with him, so he went to the police hoping to make himself look better, IMHO!
