When does the Payout for the day take place

If I make a transfer today befor 11am i understand, Thanks wonder woman, that it will take effect the next day. But am i getting the monies for the next day as well, or does it takeeffectin the 2 day waiting period stated in the tsp website?:*

If this morning the fund is $12 and it goes up to $12.20 at the close of the markets today, you either buy it or sell it at $12.20. If say you got out of it today at $12.20 and tomorrow it drops to $11.90, you saved yourself some money....:^
