It is extremely surprising that the Arab financed TV station in Dubai would allow this to air. Be sure and watch this, it is so powerful I have no doubt she now has a very large price on her head. I also have no doubt it won't be on the net very long.

It looks like it was done in 2006, so she may already be dead. But I'm sure folks from the west will just call it Bush or conservative propaganda, cause surely the peaceful muslems, would never treat women like that. And of course beheading are just staged Hollywood productions. If it is true, folks need to wake up, but so many will not believe it anyway. :(

I was able to rip and save a copy of this, but I won't have time to look at snopes, cause I'm out for the day or at least until afternoon.

Oh, it will stay online. If for no other reason than to keep her face on display. Sure, Al Jazeera shows some pretty messed up stuff, but they also show some things that are very offensive to the Muslims - like this video. Notice how much talking time she got without interruption. You'd never see that on Fox News, unless the person was saying something they agree with.

Literally? I couldn't find anything to support that? Although I didn't realize this video was so old either. :o

I was talking about the "she's dead" statement.

Oh, got it! :o

I think he was just saying it, as in, "There's no way she can live out there after saying all of that."

According to the wikipedia article, she lives in Los Angeles. So I guess she is safe.

I'm suprised they have not sent a hit squad after her. Bet she never goes back to the homeland.

Wafa Sultan's observations and critique of Islam are blunt, succinct and deserve wider consideration. But her broad stroke criticisms using qualifers like all rather than some or most seems unfortunately typical in a society that demands explanations and positions be 30 second sound bites. For example, her observation that the great technological achievements over the last century or two have come out of western (Judeo Christian) countries not Islamic countries, blatantly disregards what key scientific innovations came out of Islam in the middle ages. Likewise, over the last 1500 years often Islamic societies have offered protection to some persercuted Christians and Jews.

But in the Wiki sources on Sultan, the LA rabbi who compared her to Ann Colter, is like comparing someone who tosses a cigarette out the car window and starts a grass brush fire to someone always looking to start major forest fires.
