I'd say with the election of Obama as the new president, people will take a wait/see attitude, although the Xmas rally will be muted somewhat.

Dow in the low 9000's would surprise me, but I'll stick to that 9200-9300 figure, and that's my upper limit, 8900-9100 my low limit, but more realistic.
More bad news to follow to limit the upside potential above 9200 max.
