A friend of mine sent me this link to a Google Gadget for Tracking your TSP. If you use Google as your Homepage this gizmo will track your earnings from day to day. Thought it may be of use to Google Users. It's called My TSP Portfolio. (If the link doesn't load the first time refresh your browser...not sure why the link doesn't work the first time) I'm using it on my Homepage.... it's cool to see how much I earned :)or loss:mad: each day. It can track all 10 funds and you can hide the ones you don't have money in.

Do you have to set up Google as your home page to use this Google Tracking TSP?

I'm a little concern about the info that will be shared over the internet. It seems to be a nice application but who else has access to the data?

By the way I'm a newbie but have been reading TSP Talk off and on for maybe two years. I've been investing for twenty something years in the TSP. Hope to become a regular. I will be asking questions but as they say the only stupid question is the one not asked.

Yeah Merlin I feel the same way, before I take the plunge I've gotta learn more about security! Welcome to the board the more the merrier!

I emailed the Google Gadget guy about security before I tried it. He said that the gadget retrieves the share price data from the TSP Share Price Page. You have to enter the amount of shares you own in each fund and update it each time you buy more. It doesn't access your TSP account in any way....and the only way anyone else can see your numbers is if you give them your Google password.

Thanks, might have to try it, but I already enter them into my copy of the tracker, on my computer. Good though I wouldn't have to enter the prices. HUUUUUMMMmmmmm:D

Love TSP Portfolio tool. I also use Uday's Quick Stock Watch where I can see C,S,I and F fund share price setup with a 5 day chart.
Just added AGG, EFA, ^DWCPF, ^GSPC (already there) add or delete what you want. Photo does not show my account balance.

Udays link is

I added a TSP Tab to my google page with some market headline feeds.
