If anyone's local news (not a cable channel like CNBC) mentions the stock marketasthe top story, can you please let us know? Also, please tellusthe city your news is coming from.

This is a great indicator of being near or at, a bottom (or top).

Thanks. I see the United Kingdom's version of Reuters (reuters.co.uk) has the second headline as "Billions wiped off stock market". Maybe the I fund hasabout bottomed out.

The U.S. version is a bit more tame saying, "Stocks tumble on security fears". Did someone say fear?:shock:

This is a bull market and we don't necessarily have to have a panic bottom as we might see in a bear market, but I'd sure like to see one.Those capitulations are easier to read than just a reversal as we've seen during the past two months of mini corrections.
