Tom, out of curiosity, do you have 2004 YTD performance of TSPtalk recommendations? I would imagine that it surpassed these dismal numbers.

Look under the "returns" headings. That will show you his return based on what he has done and recommended. Look to the left of all the numbers under "my return". That should do it.

Thanks, I didn't know that information was available. I'm surprised to see a near zero return for TSPtalk for the year, but we have six months for an upside breakout to occur.

Gulp :shock: My numbers are dismal as well.My trades haven't been timed too well. Iwas almost immediatelybehind the S and I fund by about 5% this year because I was gettingnegative on the market as it was still shooting up. Then Icaught up but I gave that back andnow I'm down near the C fund return. I have a lot of work to do the second half of the year.

I'd like to beat the world but keeping my head above water during this tough market in 2004 has been all I've been able to do. Looking at the chart it looked like an easy trading environment but I just couldn't catch the swings at the right time. I look for a strong 3rd leg of the bull market taking us through the end of theyear, with more trouble next year.

To me the key right now is to be fully invested where as earlier in the year I was preaching capital preservation.
