I'm new to this board, but didn't find any posts on closed end funds (CEFs) so here goes.
CEFs can trade at hefty premiums or discounts to net asset values, and are listed at etfconnect.com. As a bargain hunter, I'd look for the ones on sale. Looking at Mexico, I found these:

Based on the data, it's not hard to see MXF is the Best Buy IF the discount narrows, and of course, if you're interested in investing in Mexico. Plus the dividends are nice.
