Cisco shares were slightly lower in European trading early Tuesday, with major European (http://money.cnn.com/markets/world_markets/) markets mixed in late morning.
Treasury (http://money.cnn.com/markets/bondcenter/) prices were little changed, leaving the yield on the 10-year note at the 4.27 percent level reached late Monday. The dollar (http://money.cnn.com/markets/currencies/) was slightly lower against both the euro and the yen.
